Men have enough exercise at work, women are afraid that muscles should grow them, together they don’t know how at It and actually everyone have no time … They can’t pride on their body, they are exposing just fruits of their spirit on admiration. Then people be given understand from them how actually that exercising is stupid and unneeded and those who like this sport are muscular swellheads. Rumours come up regard to „talents to muscles“ steroids, diets, nutrition aspects etc. …
I quoted Platón for their pleasure, because they can suspect him just hardly, that he should lose wisdom because of body exercising interest. His opinion is confirmed by medical researches today. Researches proven exercise have positive influent not only locomotive organs and metabolism, but also cortex activity. Helpfulness of adequate exercise is already proved and the people, who disregard it, hurt themselves. Smug individuals are the opposite extreme, who are dedicating to much attention to their muscles development, so they have no time to use their positive affected cortex. They like to swank themselves at swimming pools and their style rather hurts bodybuilding and dissuades people from sport.

This program will try to give you lot of cakes without your hard work. Of course, I mean efficiency. Even if recently there was a lot of improvement and some fitness addict to requested forms of condition individual exercises and personal coaching, there are still lot of places without these kinds of possibilities or it is deficient. Evidence is an interest of magazines and Webs with instruction and advices for different kind of exercises. Sad to say magazine dates and Webs are not so complete and quality. The books are better in this way, but the prices are higher.
That’s the reason within the scope of project „Figure for everyone“ that you got my first electronic version full of exercising and nutrition information. FitBook primary idea was just to follow instructional CD and complete the nutrition part of FitBook, but because of greater interest has to change. So now, FitBook will be presented in a few versions available as PC electronic book and DVD application too.
FitBook version will be modifying according to public acceptance and refilling of other knowledge, on which you can also participate with your acceptance to technical solving of FitBook or its content structure. Herewith book I would like to inform the general public, who is interested in health, exercise and fitness. I know by my practise, people who are engaged in fitness or form of body-building have deeper interest of anatomy, nutrition questions, training procedure, sport psychology and other questions associated with sport.
The aim of FitBook is introducing you basic facts, which are needed to achieve goal in your life. Goals can be improving of physical health and sanity, but also positive forming of structures of active body weight (ABW). I would like to use scientific knowledge. That’s the reason this pages contain more theory then use to be routine. Otherwise it’s easy to draw up knowledge to precepts without further definition, but I think it’s better to learn then to be edified.
The practitioner or people rely just on literary knowledge can’t be successful sportsman. Just your own practical experiences from exercising, system of your body, well-founded theoretic study are premise for your achievements. Of course, you don’t need to read them at a time.
